The common areas and walking trails make the Community very unique and enjoyable! We take seriously our commitment to you by ensuring the landscaping company carefully and meticulously cares for the Community.
We know your family and friends use these areas for many events and team games, so you can count on us to always make you proud! We as your Association Management Team carefully inspect the common areas frequently and proactively, consistently make necessary irrigation repairs, trim the trees and shrubs and ensure proper pre/post emergent treatments are planned to minimize weeds in the common areas.
Homeowners may access the HOA Portal to review their account and make payments.
Homeowners may request a temporary parking request, called a varaiance for a maximum of 5 days. Please use the link below to submit your request.
We still ask that Homeowners try to utilize their garage and driveways before parking on the street.

The next Canyon Trails Unit 3 HOA Board meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.
The following dates are the scheduled Board meeting for 2021:
August 9th @ 6pm
October 11th @ 6pm
All homeowners are welcome to attend.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss business of the association properly brought to the board of directors.

Trash and Recycle pick-up is scheduled for Wednesday of each week. If a holiday is on a Monday, pickup begins on Tuesday of that week.
Please remember that you may place your trash and recycle cans at the curb after 6pm on the day prior and should be brought in by 8am on the following day.
If the holiday is on a Thursday, then Thursday's pickup is Friday, and Friday's pickup is Saturday. Bulk trash may be placed on the street up to seven (7) days prior to the pick-up date. Feel free to read the guidelines for trash pickup.
